Scene 1:
Location: Ishaan’s residence
At the dining tablke, while all are having breeakfast, sandhya is ridiculed by everyone, as sh tries ridiculous ways to get her daughter fair yet again. rati is amused. Damini asks where is ishaan. Sandhya taunts that he must be where he always is, with urmi. Damini asks whats so wrong, getting tensed. Sandhya is advised by anirudh, to get her mental checkup done, and become broad minded, as only narrow minded people think like that, and that ishaan is bound to spend time with urmi, as she is a special friend, and also his business partner. sandhya silences. Damini tells them that she met urmi, and tells about her promise to her. He is happy to hear this. sandhya is surprised that she agreed. Damini asks why wouldnt she, as she is such a good friend of ishaan. She asks him if she did right. he says that she is very responsible and mature, and hence would definitely find the right girl, like herself. Anirudh agrees. tani asks rati if she feels that she wont get married. Rati too retorts back, and they all enter into a verbal arguement. Damni intervens and stops them. Tani says that the day she gets the guy of her liking, she would marry him, and get him in the house. she stroms out. He is angered. damini says that she would just get her. He says that there’s no need, as she is getting ill mannered by the day, and gets angry.
Screen 2:
Location: Mumbai streets
While walking on the streets, Samrat wonders about the grandeur and majesty of Mumbai, thinking that very soon he shall be overruling the city.
Scene 3:
Location: Urmi’s Hotel
Urmi instructs the waiters to add the two dishes to the menu, that she has made and add them in the menu, and ask the chef to practise it. They comply.
While wandering around, samrat accidentally comes across urmi’s hotel, named as The Only Place, and finding it beautiful, he thinks that he shall have dinner here only. He comes, and just then, urmi too comes. As samrat is about 10 feets behind him, she is shocked as she sees his reflection. Samrat too looks in urmi’s direction and is surprised. But its shown, that she is busy working herself, and hasnt seen Samrat, while he is marvelled at the hotel’s luxury. As urmi turns around, samrat’s view is blocked, by the waiter, who gives him a seat and presents him the menu. Samrat goes through the menu, and finds it at exorbitant prices, thinking that he cant eat here today and that some other day he shall eat here. He gets up, and just then, urmi goes inside. Samrat thinks that very soon, he shall have the luxuries to eat here too. As he turns around, she comes back again, but their paths or eyes dont cross.
Scene 4:
Location: An apartment building
Samrat sees a house, and while he thinks its too small, he is shocked, to hear that the rent is 25000, and 50000 as security deposit. the dealer senses that he is not that rich. Samrat is shocked to know the prices, and tries to taunt him about it. The dealer tells him that in Mumbai, such things happen, and asks him to warn beforehand, if he has any money or not, and asks him to get out, when he finds samrat speechless. The dealer asks him if he has money for a deposit. samrat doesnt respond. The dealer leaves. Samrat thinks that he has 25000, and wonders how would he manage like this, and that he shall have to find a way to earn some money.
Scene 5:
Location: Urmi’s hotel
The next morning, urmi stealthily tries to bring forth the topic of marriage to ishaan. Urmi says that she wants him to get married. ishaan gets tensed, and says that he is being victimised these days. urmi tell;s about her promise to damni. But he distracts her. She insists what kind of a woman does he want. He remembers that he said he wants a girl like urmi, when she was about to get married. He says that he has already told her. She is boggled, as she cant remember, and says that she doesnt know. He saysd that he has. She says that if he is a close friend, then she should remember, but unfortunately she doesnt. but she is adamant, and asks him, But he says that she should exercise her brains, and leaves hastily saying that he has work in the court.
Scene 6:
Location: Samrat’s hotel
Samrat finds a couple fighting, while the wife scolds the husband, for having lost some money. Samrat asks the receptionist what this is all about. He tells hpw this normal guy lured the lady, who owns three hotels, and became the pseudo owner himself, and hence has no qualms to bear some brickbats from his wife. samrat is amused. Samrat too gets this idea, thinking he too shall have to lure some rich girl, hoping that this shall get him where he wants.
Scene 7:
Location: Ishaan’s residence
Urmi is shown pics by damini, while sandhya too tries to be a part of the conversation, giving in her opinions. urmi says that she isnt that good. Sndhya says that she knew urmi wont like anyone, even if she gets th best of girls. Damini is tensed. Urmi says that ishaan is a very nice man, and since he is near to perfect, she would search for someone near to perfect. She asks who is near perfect then. damni warns her. Urmi says that if ishaan likes someone, its different as they have to live a life together, and hence ishaan’s liking is paramount. Damini agrees. Sandhya stealthily comments that it would happen, only if she agrees on a girl. urmi vehemently advocates, but ishaan comes asking why is everyone conspiring to get him married. Damini says that this is needed. He says that this isnt required. Damini asks if he doesnt want to marry. Ishaan says that he needs to,
but he already has someone in his life, and hence they shouldnt bother. damni and urmi are shocked, wondering how and why they hid this from him. sandhya says that she cant believe that urmi didnt know about his girlfriend. Damini asks who is that girl, and if she is okay or not, because as his mother, she wants to ensure everything is okay, and has a right to deserve to know. He asks her to trust his son’s judgement, and believe that he can sense people, and asks them to believe that she is perfect for him. Sandhya asks him to name her, if he is so sure. He says that the girl isnt ready to marry him yet. Urmi is puzzled. The screen freezes on her face.
Precap: Samrat’s eyes fixate on a particular newsbyte, in the newspaper, and he thinks that this the place where the high class people, and the high flying socialites would be there. Samrat thinks that he needs to land just one bait, and if it gets through, he would return to his old grandeur.

Damini asks why isnt she ready, and whats the problem, and where would she get a better husband. He looks at urmi, saying that she is perfect for him, and is just waiting for the right time. Urmi is baffled. Urmi asks him to drop the suspense, and atleast tell her name. damini asks him to make them talk to her parents atleast. He gives the ball in urmi’s court, saying that since she has been given the responsibility, its her duty to find out about her best friend’s girlfriend. Damini too asks urmi what kind of a friend she is, that she doesnt know, who is in his life. He tells her that if she is his true friend, she would definitely find out. Sandhya is frustrated. urmi is amused. he leaves.
Screen 2:
Location: Urmi’s residence
Asha tensedly tells gaurav about ishaan’s girlfriend. urmi is amused. Gaurav too joins in with their conversation. Urmi narrates everything. Gaurav is amused at ishaan’s smart move. Chiku meanwhile, is frustrated with asha’s useless rant. he says that urmi has searched for such a girl for gaurav, that his life has been ruined. All are amused, while asha asks who is this lady. They are all amused, while asha gets angry and gets after him. gaurav asks urmi to find out so that he can marry. Shaurya asks urmi to check ishaan’s call list, to find out who he talks to and messages frequently, and that person would be his girlfriend. Urmi likes the idea and wonders why she didnt think of this before. Gaurav thinks that now its ishaan’s turn to save himself.
Scene 3:
Location: Urmi’s Hotel
The next day, while ishaan comes to her talking business, she continues to pester him, to know about his gf. urmi asks him how can he hide from her, while he pretends to be indifferent. He says that he is in love and wards off. She is teased and doesnt take no for an answer. He says that he isnt obliged to answer. he again rings up the topic of the flowers, sent anonymously. She says that she doesnt have any idea who sends these, and he mubles thats the problem. But she doesnt hear it. She says that he always says that they are partners, and says that she has a right to know. But he continues to distract her, while she keeps insisting. He is adamant and says that she should find herself, as he wont say. He says that he isnt hiding, but she isnt able to understand. She pretends to be tensed, and then seeing ishaan’s mobile, she stealthily takes it and starts going through the call list. She finds the call list full of urmi, and doesnt understand, thinking that he must have erased after talking. He finds her going through his phone, and then snatches it from him. She tries to see, saying that she had almost reached it. He says that she cant reach her, even if she does, as has put on a veil. She asks what does this mean. He says that he is getting late, and leaves, saying, that she shall find out, if she keeps her heart and mind too open. He leaves. she is determined to find out.
Scene 4:
Location: Some tacky apartment
Samrat surfs through the newspaper, to find some place where he can make his next move. Samrat’s eyes fixate on a particular newsbyte, of a painting exhibition, in the newspaper, and he thinks that this the place where the high class people, and the high flying socialites would be there. Samrat thinks that he needs to land just one bait, and if it gets through, he would return to his old grandeur. He goes through the list of special guests, and thinks that this is a buffet of baits for him. He starts noticing the names of the girls, attending the event. After he is done, he starts taking out the biodata, of all the girls, and starts rejcting them all on the basis of their age, marital and professional status. Finally, he fixates on Parvati Goenka, who is single, and fixates on her, as the bait, and thinks that he would have to spend too, to become high class to match her standards.
Scene 5:
Location: Ishaan’s residence
As ishaan comes out of the bathroom, after freshening up, he finds his room in a mess, and urmi surfing through his stuff. He is shocked, and scared too. She starts rummaging through all his stuffs, while he asks whats th matter, and if there’s anything that she is looking for, he can help. But she doesnt listen. He asks her to be a good girl, and behave herself. she says that its simple, and that its better that he himself tells him the name of that girl. ishaan remembers that the drawer of his dressing table, has urmi’s protrait, and stands inf rotn of it. She asks why is he worrying. He says that its but natural that he would be tensed, after seeing his room, in such a mess. urmi says that she would get the name, at the slightests hint. she tries to see through the drawers, but he doesnt let her. She says that definitely there’s something inside it, and damini too comes in, enjoying his plight. Sandhya asks why doesnt he let her go through it. Urmi says that she doesnt know, as he just acts. Sandhya wonders what beautiful drama is urmi doing. Damini and urmi get on finding out. ishaan finally lies, that it contains his unclean undergarments, and asks urmi if she wants to see them. Urmi gets embarassed and asks her to see it. Ishaan takes pleasure at her nervousness. She says that she is going for now, but he wont be able to hide for long, and he wishes her all the best. she leaves, with damini. Sandhya thinks that there’s some problem, and maybe there’s something very disastrous. But she doesnt say anything, and leaves.
Scene 6:
Location: Painting Exhibition
The guests start admiring and critiquing the paintings. Samrat arrives in the enhibition, in much grandeur, as in the past. He eyes the whole crowd. He finally eyes Parvati Goenka, and thinks that she is the one he has to land, to become a millionaire. He thinks that he is going to come in her life, and she shall have to make him happy. the screen freezes on his face.
Precap: A young chap comes looking for ishan, at the hotel, and urmi asks whats the matter. He says that he has to give him a bill. Urmi receives it instead. urmi finds thats its a monthly bill of orchids, and remembers that she received flowers everyday, and that too orchids, and ishaan teasing her time and again about the sender. She is shocked and boggled.
