Amaya decides to speak with Juliana and tell her the truth and she makes her to listen to the audio she recorded of Cesar and Lucrecia’s conversation about their plan to have the star zone and also claim the whole empire. So that the reason why she married Cesar so to get evidence to get justice and Amaya also reveals everything to Juliana and seriously she nods in anguished thinking Lucrecia provoked Mauro’s accident. Amaya informs Juliana about what she and Mauro planned in order to make Lucrecia confess her crimes. This plan ended with the mysterious disappearance of Mauro and Juliana looks surprise. The two plans to join hands together to take the risk and unmask Lucrecia and Cesar.
The spy following Amaya tells Cesar about this encounter, but not what they discussed because he could not hear them and he asks him to make sure to not leave their site but Cesar wonders what the two could be talking about.
Following Cesar’s instructions, Horacio shows up for work in Nescafe, and after Carolina told Max about it, and he becomes very furious and he goes to the office with Jorge to confront him to fire him but Cesar defends him and after Max’s confrontation with Horacio, Cesar surrenders later and fires him temporarily.
Amaya tells Lucrecia that she has heard that Florencia probably lives in Guatemala, and that makes her feel so very close to her very much and therefore it gives her the hope to pursue searching for her mum and Mauro. This terrorizes Lucrecia.
Heriberto leaves a rose flower for Flavia as usual and this time around, Salvador sees him and starts to insult Heriberto stating that no matter what a type like him will never be loved by Flavia so he should stop dreaming big. Flavia enters and Salvador reveals to her that it’s Heriberto who has been sending her those flowers all along and it’s so obvious that he is his secret admirer. Flavia asks him if that is so and Heriberto says yes and Flavia becomes speechless. Heriberto then says all is just fantasy for him because he knows they can’t be same people. Heriberto leaves and Flavia puts Salvador in his place for embarrassing Heriberto in front of her because if she loves him, that is none of his business because she doesn’t want to have anything to do with him (Salvador) again because they can never have a future together.
Lucrecia still hears the voices that torture her as a killer.
Amaya confronts Horacio and slaps him for being so wicked to the extent of burning down her star Zone and Horacio slaps Amaya and she cannot cover the purple mark completely with her make-up.
Flavia looks very confused and she tells Constanza that when she is with Heriberto she looks very happy when with him but don’t actually know hat she feels for him.
Marco Antonio asks Hector for information regarding David and Florencia, Mariana inquires why he needs this data about her sister's parents.
Cesar and Lucrecia call a Board meeting in order to decide who will be the head of the company while Mauro is missing. At the meeting, it has to be that, the one with the much shares takes the seat of Mauro and rule the company. Lucrecia adds her shares to that of Cesar’s and adds Lucio’s vote, which is represented by Lucrecia, makes Cesar be chosen as the boss.
